They fixed some body damage I had on my front bumper on my Hyundai, my car looks brand new as if it never happened. They told me it would be finished Friday, but were able to get my car back to me two days earlier which was awesome. They also cleaned my car for me which I didn't expect but totally appreciated. They helped him through the process and gave him very fair pricing, not taking advantage of the fact that he's a young adult. Can I choose who repairs my vehicle?

Yes, insurance companies cannot force or steer you to any shop. It’s your vehicle, you choose who repairs it.

Is towing available and Who pays the tow Bill?

Luigi’s will initially pay the tow bill and add the cost to the repair estimate. For Towing please call Jensen Towing (262)656-1100 or tow company of your choice and ask them to tow your vehicle to Luigi’s.

Do I have to Pay for an estimate?

No, estimates are 100% free.

Do I have to make an appointment for an estimate?

No appointment needed, but feel free to call ahead to ensure timely service.

How long does the estimate process take?

It typically takes 10-15 minutes for a preliminary estimate.

Do you work with my insurance company?

Yes, we work with nearly every insurance company.

Do you offer pick up and delivery?

Yes we offer customer and vehicle pickup and drop off. Please let us know if this service is needed.

My insurance company sent me an estimate, now what?

Please bring it on by and we will work with you and the insurance company to initiate repairs on your vehicle.

What is your repair warranty?

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on collision repairs.

Who contacts the insurance company?

Once you file the claim Luigi’s can take over and begin the process of repairing your vehicle.

What services do you offer?

We are a complete collision repair facility. Services include paint, scratch/dent repair all the way up to major structural repair.

What training does your shop have?

Luigi’s is an I-CAR Gold Class certified shop with Platinum trained techs to keep up to date with repair procedures to make sure your vehicle is repaired in a safe manner.

How long does it take for repairs?

It all depends on the severity of the damage and part availability, but we will keep you updated along the way.

Do the newly painted parts of my car need any special treatment?

We recommend 90 waiting days before applying wax, ceramic coating or vinyl to newly painted panels. Hand wash or hands free car washing is also best for the first 30 days.

How do I set up a rental vehicle?

Once confirmed that a rental is included with your claim, our staff will help set up and schedule a rental vehicle.
